Our August Nourish Event Theme is Let Food Be Thy Medicine. We will be sharing research, personal experiences and interesting facts about the power food can have on our health, longevity, vitality and life force energy. We will discuss the importance of eating organically, locally, seasonally and mindfully. We will share anti-inflammatory and nutrient dense foods and why they are so important to optimal wellness. And for many, we will introduce plant based living... that doesn't just mean eating salads and being bored with taste... this new way of life may be just the thing you're looking for to shift your perspective!​​​​​​​

Meet Our August Guest Chef Team ~ Poppy

Poppy Health Foods is a holistic catering service in the surrounding Atlanta area offering tasting menu style dinner parties. Poppy’s style is globally inspired healthy food that’s nutritious AND delicious! They believe when you eat good, you feel good and do good.

Joe has a passion for cooking that has developed over many years of working in a variety of different kitchens, from small bistro cafes and fine dining to large scale catering. He believes food is art and cooking is a form of that creation. Joe is also a yogi, which has impacted the way he consciously consumes and serves. His partner, Sylvia, is also a yogi and certified health coach who inspires intuitive eating. She believes food is medicine and that your kitchen is your hospital. Together they connect over their love of food, yoga and their beloved dog, Poppy.

Our November Nourish Event Theme is Boost Your Immunity. The intention for this dinner is to boost the immunity of our guests by serving a nourishing meal that supports all facets of an optimally functioning immune system. The menu is designed specifically to maximize the quality, volume and bioavailability of specific targeted immune boosting nutrients including, vitamins C, D and E, zinc, iron, selenium and omega 3 fatty acids. Each course highlights a different pillar of immunity, while capturing elevated flavors and food combinations all designed to digest properly together.

Meet Our Nourish Guest Chef ~ Charlie Fyffe of Erawtica Loving Foods

Charlie Fyffe is a vegan chef and entrepreneur from Los Angeles, California. He is the founder of Erawtica Loving Foods, a mobile food business that serves healing plant based food for glowing beauty, sexual vitality and positive mood. Charlie hopes to bring awareness and attention to the fact that food is real medicine and our best ally in living a healthy, preventative lifestyle. His menus feature exclusively alkaline, non-hybridized foods and everything is handmade from scratch. Erawtica is a plastic free brand that sources ingredients locally whenever possible, both practices that are part of Charlie’s commitment to sustainability and promoting eco-consciousness. Charlie is passionate about teaching others how to heal with food and does so via food service and hosting special events in Miami where he currently resides. Outside of cooking and creating in the kitchen, Charlie enjoys yoga, mycology and traveling to try new foods, especially exotic fruit!
